Equilibrium Privacy Policy

Equilibrium is designed to be private. The app does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data.

Data stored on your device

Your completed levels, best scores and current progress are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s standard preferences storage. This information never leaves the app’s local container. Deleting the app removes this data.

Motion sensors

Equilibrium reads motion sensor samples to make the liquid respond when you tilt or shake the iPhone. Samples are processed in real time, are not recorded and are never transmitted.

Network access and third parties

The app has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, external SDKs or backend service. All puzzle logic runs locally on the device.

Children

Because Equilibrium does not collect personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the relevant version is released.
